Warranty

The Standard Manufacturers Warranty  (usually 1year) applies to all items sold

If you have an item that you need to return to us due to a fault within the warranty period please contact us in the first instance

If in the event you need to post an item back please include a copy of your receipt together with full details of the problem so as to help us with processing the return.

Please note some items may need to be returned to the UK manufacturer/distributor for inspection/repair as part of the process

We are sorry but we are unable to refund postage costs directly although tris maybe possible by negotiation with the supplier on a case by case basis.

If the goods returned are found to be out of warranty we will work with you until  we've found a solution, this may include a discounted replacement equivalent product or similar.
