Shipping policy

Standard UK Shipping is available free of charge for all orders. Depending on the item value we use either Royal Mail First Class or Royal Mail First Class Signed  for our basic included free shipment option.

At full checkout an option appears if you're local to Bristol or Bath  you can choose to have your order delivered to your home or work address free of charge within a 18 mile radius of our base in BS9.

Paid for Express Shipping is also option at the full checkout - please enter your address using the full checkout page to select this option.

We use Royal Mail Special Next Day delivery for this service (1- 2 days delivery) or DPD at our discretion dependent on order value.

For guaranteed next day delivery Mon-Fri the cut off is 1pm Mon-Fri.

For guaranteed next day delivery Sat Morning the cut off is 2pm Fri.
